Central Montgomery Medical Center - Newly Constructed 60,000 Square foot Medical Office Building This project entailed design and construction of the building, and its associated features including parking, storm water management facilities, and a skybridge connecting the proposed office building to the existing hospital building. The client was Universal Health Services, of King of Prussia, which is one of the World's largest health care real estate development and management companies. Universal Health Services is also a Fortune 500 company. |

"Reserve at Stony Creek" - This plan won third place in the 2005 "Specialty Color Presentation" category from the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors. The project entails the development of two parcels, traversed by a creek, utilizing the Township's Open Space Preservation ordinance. Once completed and approved, the proposed Townhouse development will preserve over 4 acres of permanent open space.
